Frequently asked questions

Can we white-label the platform?

No. Centraleyezer brand visibility is mandatory at every tier. You may co-brand as β€œ[Your Name], powered by Centraleyezer”, place your logo in the UI header and apply your branding to customer reports β€” the Centraleyezer footer attribution stays in place.

Who delivers support to end-clients?

You deliver L1 to your clients (account access, scan operations, reports, dashboard interpretation). Sandline provides L2 / L3 to your team. Standard SLA is 99.5% uptime, with P1 response within 8 business hours.

Do you bundle a vulnerability scanner?

Silver and Gold partners bring their own scanner β€” Centraleyezer integrates with Nessus, Tenable.io / SC, Qualys VMDR, Rapid7 InsightVM, OpenVAS / Greenbone and 20+ other commercial and open-source sources. Registered Partner deployments can include scanner pass-through where the end-client requires it.

How does deal registration prevent channel conflict?

Register prospective end-clients in the partner portal. Approved registrations grant 90-day exclusivity, renewable on documented progress up to 270 days. Direct Sandline sales motions are blocked from registered prospects for the duration.

What if our end-client wants to migrate to a direct licence?

Permitted. Sandline engages the end-client at standard pricing; your tenant count is reduced at the next contract review. No clawback on past partner economics for bona-fide migrations.

Where is end-client data stored?

On-premises deployments store all data on your infrastructure β€” Sandline has no access except as expressly authorised for support. SaaS deployments are hosted in EU data centres. The end-client is data controller, you are processor, Sandline is sub-processor where applicable.
