What we collect
We collect personal data only when you actively provide it to us:
- Demo / trial requests: name, work email, company, role, phone (optional), industry, compliance frameworks of interest, message.
- Partner applications: company, contact name, email, phone (optional), partner type, website, notes.
- Newsletter: email address only.
- Contact form: any fields you complete.
We do not use third-party advertising trackers and we do not sell or share your data with advertisers. Basic server logs (IP, user-agent, timestamp) are retained for security and operational purposes only.
Why we process it
- To respond to demo, trial, partner, or contact enquiries (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) β pre-contractual measures at your request).
- To send newsletters you have opted into (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) β consent).
- To maintain security of the website and prevent abuse (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f) β legitimate interest).
Where it lives
Personal data submitted via website forms is stored in our self-hosted CRM, which runs on EU-based infrastructure. We do not transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area without an adequate transfer mechanism in place.
How long we keep it
Lead records are retained for up to 24 months after the last meaningful interaction, after which they are deleted unless you have become a customer (in which case contractual retention obligations apply). Newsletter subscribers can unsubscribe at any time, and unsubscribed records are deleted within 30 days.
Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request erasure (subject to legal retention obligations).
- Object to processing or request restriction.
- Receive your data in a portable format.
- Withdraw consent at any time (for newsletter / marketing).
- Lodge a complaint with the Romanian Data Protection Authority (ANSPDCP) or your local EU data protection authority.
