Is Centraleyezer self-hosted or SaaS?
Centraleyezer is self-hosted. It deploys as a Docker container in your own cloud or on-premises environment. Your vulnerability data never leaves your infrastructure.
What licence durations are available?
Licences are available for 30 days (trial), 1 year, 2 years, 3 years, 4 years, and 5 years. Annual contracts include a discount vs. monthly-equivalent pricing.
Do you support air-gapped deployments?
Yes. Enterprise and MSSP licences support fully air-gapped environments with no call-home required for validation.
Is there a storage limit per deployment?
The SaaS tier is capped at 10 GB total per deployment, covering both the database and uploaded files combined. Enterprise and MSSP deployments run on your own infrastructure, so storage is bounded by what you allocate.
Can we start on SaaS and move to Enterprise later?
Absolutely. Tier upgrades are seamless — quota increases are applied via a licence update with no data migration required.
How does MSSP multi-tenancy work?
MSSPs receive a parent MSSP licence with a pool of user, asset, and client quotas. You then issue individual client licences from that pool, each with full isolation.
