These terms govern your use of the Centraleyezer website at centraleyezer.io (“the site”) and any associated marketing materials. Use of the Centraleyezer platform itself (whether SaaS or self-hosted) is subject to a separate commercial agreement.

Acceptable use
By using the site you agree not to:
- Submit false or misleading information through forms.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems, accounts, or non-public areas.
- Use automated means to scrape, harvest, or replicate content beyond what is permitted by robots.txt and llms.txt.
- Use the site to distribute malware, conduct phishing, or otherwise harm third parties.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, graphics, logos, code, methodology descriptions (including the contextual RBVM model and its six factors) — is owned by Centraleyezer and protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may quote short passages with attribution and a link back. Reproduction of substantial portions requires written permission.
Trials and demos
Trial licences for the Centraleyezer platform are issued at our discretion, valid for 30 days, and limited to evaluation use only. Trial environments are provisioned by our team into your infrastructure (or hosted) under a separate trial agreement. Trial data is yours; trial software remains ours.
No warranty for the site
The website is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the site will be available without interruption, or that information on it is complete and free from error. (The Centraleyezer platform itself is covered by a separate SLA in the commercial contract.)
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Centraleyezer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website. Direct damages are limited to amounts paid to Centraleyezer in the preceding 12 months (which, for website users without a commercial agreement, is zero).
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Bucharest, Romania, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection jurisdiction rules.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
